I started in military intelligence, spending 16 years learning how to analyze complex situations, lead teams under pressure, and build systems that work. That foundation taught me how to think critically about operations and execution.
When I transitioned to the pet industry, I brought that same mindset. I didn't just open a grooming salon, I built systems for scheduling, pricing, and customer management. When I couldn't find software that worked the way I needed, I taught myself to code and built it.
